    JET FUEL/ DIESEL OIL/ GAS OIL/ FUELOIL CI DIP AND PAY

    ROTTERDAM CI DIP AND PAY IN SELLER TANK TERM & TRANSACTION PROCEDURES

    1) Buyer issue ICPO containing the seller's working procedure with banking details.
    2) Seller issues commercial invoice of the product in tanks at the port, buyer sign and return commercial invoice to the seller.
    3, Buyer provide Seller, Entrance Certificate/Port Union Custom License.
    4) Seller issue to buyer FULL POP listed below:

    a) GPS Coordinate-Tank Storage Receipt (TSR), b) Injection Report c) Unconditional Dip test authorization letter (DTA) d) Authorization to sell. e) Fresh SGS Report. f) Authorization to Verify the Product Seller's Tank (ATV)
    5) Buyer inspects product by SGS, on successful Dip Test in tanks,product will immediately be injected into Buyer's nominate Vessel or Shore Tank.buyer makes Payment for the product via MT103 and Seller transfers Title Ownership to Buyer
